Novotel Birmingham Airport Terminal Building - Nec

My wife and I loved being there. The breakfast offered plenty of great meals.

Certainly a very comfortable experience for stopover in Birmingham. Polite staff, immaculate room, in general I loved this contemporary hotel. The room was with a bath. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was delicious.

It was interesting place for the early flight. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with comfy bed and decent decor, as example. Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were busy.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was great. We all appreciated our bright and spacious room with large TV, coffee plus comfy bed. The location was handy and favourable, close enough to the airport.

Well-maintained place to stay, it's fairly clean. Polite employees are from another member of staff.

Everything was very good, including staff and food, its good wi-fi. Comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe and pay television. We loved to have a big bathroom.

Fairly clean property with especially helpful staff from another member of staff.

Planned to see Birmingham major attractions and it was cosy base for visiting all of them.

The property was clean, reasonably priced and with a fab location. My room was brand-new and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The onsite bar was lovely and the staff were pleasant.

Family-friendly accommodation with comfortable setting short walk to airport, the airport terminal. Clean, adequate room. The vibe here was family. In addition, the parking was nearby.

The superior queen room was well-organised, had stunningly beautiful views.

The staff was positive and the location was brilliant - altogether a fab experience:)))

Every time we stay in Birmingham, we like to stay here. Nice location and rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, central heating and an iron. It offers quick check-in.

The property is reasonably clean, has excellent staff and facilities. It's set in a pleasent area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

All good — I loved my stay — food was outstanding and my bed was large. Staff exceptional there, the hotel was spotless. Ideal location, magnificent view from beautiful rooms. Restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. Late check-out was useful. I could park the car onsite: )

the nicest place to stay when travelling to birmingham. restaurant was good and tidy. there was fantastic staff and the service was incredible.

Even though we had an amazing stay, the room had to be cleaned.

Booked it for 1 day and had a really amazing experience. Iconic place, neat, good value. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was obliging.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

Such a RELAXING experience. The rooms were fab & fine, the decoration was smart. The bathroom was huge and overall it was spotless.

Staff were funny and we appreciated our being there. The breakfast was great with variety of lovely options.

Budget room, fabulous hotel, good hot breakfast. The service was exceptional, the staff was willing to help. Fairly large suite and relaxing bed. The main bar was executive and the drinks were complementary. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.

The food and atmosphere of the hotel were very GOOD. We recommend this property.

Bed was comfortable, staff was welcoming! Very close to national exhibition centre, 15 minutes' walk to Birmingham International train station. Only 1 mile to the national motorcycle museum. Tasty food options.
